Once we have your message we will process and get back to you – usually within 24 hours. The information you include here is protected by the terms of our privacy policy.


The Caretaker moderates content and deals with any issues surrounding the integrity of the community.

The Caretaker also takes care of member’s content updates after the initial design period has been completed.

Support services are not automated. Inquiries are prioritized and answered as soon as it is possible.

Note: The number of content updates accepted for an apartment listing are limited. There is no exact number for limited updates – we accept what is considered reasonable or necessary so you can accurately maintain your content.

A studio listing can be updated a maximum of once a month. Again, we accept extra update requests if reasonable or necessary.
